How to return

You have 14 days from delivery to return the products.

When preparing the package for return, remove all previous labels.
You can book the collection directly to your home with DHL Express or deliver it to your trusted courier.
The refund will take place within 3/5 working days of receiving the package at our offices.
If you have paid the costs for standard shipping and decide to return the order, these will not be refunded.

Did you pay in cash on delivery?
During the online return procedure you can choose the reimbursement method you prefer, including a note of credit or bank transfer. If you choose the bank transfer, you will need to enter your bank details (full name of the account holder, IBAN and BIC).

Did you pay by credit card?
In this case the refund will be made to the same card or to the associated current account . It may happen that the refund date, in your bank statement, coincides with the date of purchase.

Did you pay with Paypal?
You will receive the amount relating to the returned items on the same Paypal account. For any other question or information you can contact us by email or via Whatsapp.

Did you pay with Klarna/Afterpay?
You will receive a refund of the first installment and subsequent installments will be cancelled.

Where can I find the waybill to apply to the package?
You will receive the waybill to print via email after accepting the return.

I use my trusted courier, I can't find the destination address.
