DON'T WORRY, NO PROBLEM, YOU CAN REQUEST THE RETURN OF YOUR ORDER.
You can make a return after making sure that the guarantee seal has not been tampered with and has not detached from the product.
You can choose to proceed with the return of the product, with the warranty seal intact, in two ways:
1 - send the garment using the waybill, to be attached to the package, which you find inside with the wording RET . The product will be evaluated by our staff who (if intact) will refund the amount paid, subtracting the cost of the return shipment of €15.00.
By choosing this option you can book the collection of the shipment through us, which will take place at the delivery destination of the first shipment .
2 - send the garment with your trusted courier. Upon return, the product will be evaluated by our staff who (if intact) will proceed with the full refund of the product.

European community :
Fill out the return form and send an e-mail to communicate the return of the products. For the return shipment you can rely on your trusted courier (the return shipment costs will NOT be borne by BOUTIQUE JOLE SAS).
Outside the European community:
Request the return invoice by email (email@example.com) in order to be able to send the shipment with your trusted courier. Return shipment costs and return customs duties will NOT be borne by BOUTIQUE JOLE SAS. The anticipated customs charges, to receive the return shipment, will be deducted from the refund of the order.
Conditions and maximum time available for the return
All shipped products are equipped with a security seal that communicates to the customer:
If for any reason the Customer is not satisfied with his purchase, the items not worn, washed or tampered with can be returned for a refund within 14 days of the arrival of the goods. All the garments that are shipped are equipped with an identification tag fixed with a single-use, numbered, white safety seal, which bears our Jole.it logo
We urge you to take particular care in trying on the purchased garment, because we will not accept, for any reason, garments that will have tampered with our disposable security seal or with the original hanging tags missing or damaged or folded. Returned items must be odourless.

The shipping costs for returning the items are charged to the customer.
Evaluate your purchase, you have 14 days from delivery to return the products
Boutique Jole SAS undertakes to refund the total amount of the order (excluding the return shipping costs advanced to the courier by Boutique Jole SAS).
The customer can communicate his change of mind for any reason by sending an email to the following email address firstname.lastname@example.org
The refund will be made as soon as the return arrives at the Boutique Jole warehouses and the items have been checked.
The refund will be made on the same account/means used for the payment (credit card, paypal, bank account, etc.), with the technical times necessary for this to happen and will not include the delivery costs originally foreseen by the the order being returned, except for any additional shipping costs.
The customer will be held responsible for the decrease in the value of the goods resulting from a manipulation of the same other than that necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning, in which case Boutique Jole reserves the right to establish the value of the returned goods which he deems more congruous.

It is not possible to exchange the items but you can return them and, if you wish, order them again!
Terms and conditions
The garments must not have been worn, washed or altered and must not show any signs of use. The soles of the footwear must be in perfect condition, without showing any signs.
Each garment must be returned with all original labels and tags attached, and including all packaging and accessories received with the order.
All footwear and accessories must be returned together with their original box, which is considered to all intents and purposes an integral part of the product itself and which must not have been damaged and/or altered in any way, nor used as the only external packaging.
