You have 14 days from delivery to return the products.

You are responsible for return shipping costs, even if we organize the return.
When preparing the return package, remove all previous labels.

For Italy, you can have us handle the return shipment via DHL Express (for a fee of €15) or have your preferred courier handle the return (at no additional cost).
For Europe, you can have us handle the return shipment via DHL Express (a quote will be provided upon request) or have your preferred courier handle the return (at no additional cost).
Any customs duties are the customer's responsibility.

Your order will be refunded within 10 business days of receiving an email notification of your return acceptance.
If you paid standard shipping and decide to return your order, these will not be refunded.

We do not offer size or product exchanges. To obtain a different size or product, please return the original item and place a new order.

How can I ensure you've received my return?
We'll notify you of the acceptance of your return by email and process your refund within 10 days.

Did you pay cash on delivery?
During the online return process, you can choose your preferred refund method: credit note or bank transfer. If you choose bank transfer, you'll need to enter your bank details (full name of the account holder, IBAN, and BIC).

Did you pay by credit card?
In this case, the refund will be made to the same card or associated bank account. The refund date on your bank statement may coincide with the date of purchase.

Did you pay with PayPal?
You'll receive the refund for the returned items on the same PayPal account.

Did you pay with Klarna/Scalapay?
You'll receive a refund for the first installment, and subsequent installments will be canceled.

Where can I find the waybill to attach to the package?
You will receive the waybill to print by email after your return is accepted.
