The Pinko women's clothing brand was founded in the late eighties thanks to Pietro Negra and Cristina Rubini, a couple who have always dedicated themselves to women's prêt a porter fashion. Currently Pinko is one of the most famous Italian brands, it is recognized for not being specifically tied to a single trend but aims to offer the best of itself in each collection. This brand immediately met with great success, perhaps also thanks to their innovative strategy which took the name of "flash collection": a weekly collection mainly made up of dresses, to offer the customer the possibility of choosing a different dress for each weekend regardless of the seasonality of the garment. Gradually the company gained notoriety and in addition to the prêt a porter lines for young women, there were also others dedicated to more adult women. The Pinko look is a very feminine style that knows how to enhance the sensuality of every woman, it also offers a vast line of garments with an attractive and "glam rock" design through colors with metallic tones and bold colors. The items in the Pinko collection range from dresses, jackets and trousers, tops, outerwear and various accessories including the timeless Pinko bags. The line is quick and can be worn on different occasions, Pinko garments are well suited to all parts of the day but also to special events. Lately the Pink brand has played a lot with prints and lettering placed on t-shirts and sweatshirts and processes that see the use of lace, glitter and some particular finishes such as on sweaters and skirts. Today the company has stores all over the world and many testimonials from the caliber of Eva Herzigovà, Naomi Campbell, Erin Wasson, Carmen Kiss, Frankie Rauder and commercials with the singer Mariah Carey.
